Mind Release with Aja Atwood

Friend, client, innovator for good, and all-around super-smart badass engineer Aja N. Atwood recently invited me to be a guest on her Mind Release podcast. It was fun to share some screen time with Aja and to share some of my professional migration from corporate mediocrity to a career with purpose precisely on the 5th anniversary of my last day in my "traditional" career.

We kick things off talking about the first time we met back in 2015, and how things have changed so much in such a short amount of time. I also enjoyed talking about some of the first women and teachers to open my mind to what would be some life-changing information and opportunities to pay it forward.
