It's time for change, and change is good
It was a bittersweet day...
Here's the last email I sent from boston@womengrow.com announcing our team's next move: ELEVATE New England.
Dear friends and colleagues,
As we enter the final weeks of 2017, it’s with great excitement (and a little sadness) that we announce that Women Grow: Boston has closed (visit active Women Grow chapters here).
Since this Boston chapter started in early 2016, guests of all gender identities, levels of experience, and diverse professional backgrounds have come together on or around the first Thursday of each month to learn and grow together. We’ve had the honor of welcoming distinguished and future leaders from various corners of the industry as guests and speakers, and have learned so much together.
But it’s time for a change. And change is good. Particularly this one. It’s REALLY good!
Because of your feedback and overwhelming support for something different and more locally invested, the team that previously brought Women Grow events to Boston is thrilled to announce that we’ve evolved into ELEVATE New England, a new, locally owned and operated organization focused on connecting, emboldening and supporting women in New England’s cannabis industry while doing good in our communities.
New name, what else?
In addition to seeing the new ELEVATE name on our emails and social media channels, you will see lower ticket prices for our monthly networking events, new sponsorship and partnership opportunities to help your business grow (hello focus groups and product reviews!), and an incredible variety of engaging – and sometimes very entertaining – events across New England that will also give back to our communities through a variety of local charitable efforts.

You’re already on the list, so be on the lookout for emails from ELEVATE, and be sure to join us on Instagram and Facebook to hear the latest announcements, events and special offers available to the ELEVATE New England community.
